Price List

CFOC denotes that Reclaim-it will collect the cartridge and or mobile phone free of charge, provided that it is part of a consignment that meets the minimum collection threshold requirements of items, as specified below.

Prices quoted are for original empty cartridges that have been used once from new.

Reclaim-it does not normally accept remanufactured, refilled or compatible cartridges under this scheme and they should not be returned.

If you have any cartridges or mobile phones that are not listed, please call your customer service representative for an individual quote.

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT where appropriate.

General rules

A minimum quantity of 10 cartridges and/or mobile phones of value, as specified in the price list and not including CFOC items, must be included in each box or sack for payment under this recycling scheme.

A deduction of £4.95 will be made for each collection box returned. Please ask your customer service representative for details of alternative collection methods where charges do not apply.

Reclaim-it can only issue payment once the value of cartridges and/or mobile phones returned reaches £20 within a six-month period.

Copier toner cartridges are not recyclable under this scheme. A deduction of 15 pence will be made from any payment for each copier toner cartridge returned.

All returned cartridges and mobile phones must be packaged carefully to avoid damage.

Damaged cartridges and mobile phones are not eligible for payment under this scheme.

SIM cards must be removed from mobile phones prior to them being returned.

Reclaim-it cannot accept any responsibility for any loss incurred if a phone is returned with the Sim card still inside.

Epson Inkjet cartridges, copier toner bottles & ribbons must not be returned as they cannot be recycled.

Reply Paid Envelopes

These envelopes must only be used for posting inkjet cartridges and mobile phones for recycling.

Any laser cartridges returned in the post will unfortunately not be eligible for funding.

Please do not affix the envelope to the outside of any large parcel, as these items will not be eligible for funding.

Collection Point Boxes

Laser cartridges must be removed from their original packaging but placed in their black plastic bag, before being placed carefully in the collection box.

The Bundle System

Your bundle must contain a minimum of 15 cartridges before arranging a collection.

Please ensure the bundle is securely taped together for transit.

The Recycling Cartridge Carrier

Laser cartridges must be packaged into their original cartons before being placed carefully in the carrier.

Pallets

Pallets must contain a minimum of 40 cartridges of value before a collection is arranged.

Charging

Reclaim-it will charge individuals and companies nothing for using its fundraising and business collection schemes, unless the items collected fail to cover the cost of collections.

In this case, individuals and companies would be charged £X. Reclaim-it also reserves the right to cancel your collection service.
