Reclaim-it is one of the largest collectors of empty laser toner and inkjet cartridges from end users and charities throughout the UK.

The Reclaim-it system has been developed to ensure that when you order empties from us, that is exactly what you get – empty cartridges, without the need to deal with original manufacturers’ packaging or unload from large pallet boxes.

We provide the cartridges you need in the right quantity and ready for use.

Reclaim-it’s policy is to store its finished stock ready to ship so that we can immediately respond to your requirements without the need to unpack and repack stock.

From processing the items, through to storage and distribution, we have the ability to provide you with the cartridges you need – When You Need Them.

How It Works – Laser Toners

From receipt, Reclaim-it members of staff unpack and inspect the cartridges to ensure that they are undamaged, top quality and production ready.

Once they have been inspected, the cartridges are carefully cleaned to remove any surface toner.

The cartridges are packed in all new master cartons with individual layerboards to ensure maximum protection during transit.

The laser cartridges are packed in sensible quantities, which means that your staff can handle them easily and you only have to order what you require.

Once packed, the cartridges are ready to be sent anywhere in the world – When You Need Them.

How It Works – Inkjets

The Reclaim-it inkjet system involves a full and thorough inspection of each cartridge.

We look at the case to ensure that there is no damage and there has been no previous attempt at remanufacture.

We also look at the foil contact strip and jetplate to ensure there is no damage, be it cuts dents or peeling.

Cartridges are then carefully packaged in new boxes with additional protection to the jetplates to ensure safe transportation anywhere in the world – When You Need Them.
